Froio oversaw the creation and implementation of sales programs, strategic business development, and all communications between sales, marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations as Manager of Sales Operations/Inventory.

Athletic Specialty National Account Manager (2001-2006)

He managed athletic footwear, accessories, and apparel accounts for the Foot Locker, Inc. brand as National Account Manager.

Sales Director/Director of Sales (2006-2010)

Paul's responsibilities as Sales Director included managing the Eastern U.S. sales team, overseeing athletic specialty and sporting goods product development, and collaborating with marketing and financial teams to integrate product and marketing to increase consumer demand.

Froio was responsible for managing all aspects of the brand's retail business and P&L in the United States, including the retail real estate portfolio, fleet of stores, field and store operations, merchandise planning, allocations, buying, and more. Froio oversaw a nationwide workforce of over 1500 employees in this role.

Vice President of Global Business Development for Emerging Markets (2018-2019)

Paul Froio oversaw the development of short- and long-term market growth strategies while leveraging Reebok's global resources to accelerate market share and consumer demand during his tenure as V.P. of Global Business Development. As Global Business Development Vice President, Froio oversaw a busy travel schedule that included 31 countries and emphasized growth in Emerging Markets, Latin America, and CIS/Russia.
