Athletic Specialty National Account Manager (2001-2006)
He managed athletic footwear, accessories, and apparel accounts for the Foot Locker, Inc. brand as National Account Manager.
Sales Director/Director of Sales (2006-2010)
Paul's responsibilities as Sales Director included managing the Eastern U.S. sales team, overseeing athletic specialty and sporting goods product development, and collaborating with marketing and financial teams to integrate product and marketing to increase consumer demand.
Sport, Marketing, and Merchandising Director (2010-2014)
As Head of Sport, Froio was responsible for product marketing and merchandising in a variety of sports, including basketball, running, women's fitness, and others. He also oversaw a marketing and merchandising team that worked across business units in sports apparel and footwear.

Froio was responsible for managing all aspects of the brand's retail business and P&L in the United States, including the retail real estate portfolio, fleet of stores, field and store operations, merchandise planning, allocations, buying, and more. As Global Business Development Vice President, Froio oversaw a busy travel schedule that included 31 countries and emphasized growth in Emerging Markets, Latin America, and CIS/Russia.
